Partner4Real's Video Chat feature gives you the opportunity to view and chat with other members on the site in real time and provides you with some 'Peace of mind' that the person presented in the member profile is genuine.
| Important: | To protect members from unwanted contacts, you will be unable to Video Chat with another member until they approve you as a 'Friend' |

Step 1.
Open up Profile window of the Member you would like to add as a Friend by clicking on their Username or Profile photo, then click 'Add Friend' as per the example below. Once approved by that member, their user name will appear in your IM & Video Chat window - as per the example below in Step 2. Friend requests are located in: 'My Profile' >>> 'Personal Profile View' >>> 'Friend Requests'  |

Step 2. Once you are signed in you will be presented with 'My Profile' page, you will see the Video Chat Window down left hand column. Approved Friends who have enabled the Video Chat App and are On-Line will appear in the Video Chat window and will be available for Video Chat. |

By clicking on a Friend's Name in the Video Chat window, you will enable a typical IM window to pop up in the bottom right hand corner like in the example below.

Step 4. The Friend you have identified to Video Chat with will have to accept your request to Video Chat by accepting your Video call and clicking 'Ok' in a window's pop up box, similar to example on the right. |

Step 5. You will then be presented with the option 'Allow' or 'Deny' Video Chat - Please select 'Allow' to enable the Video Chat App.

Once this simple process has been completed, you will be able to Video Chat with approved Friends.
For best Video results we suggest using webcams with a minimum resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels.
In the event you are still experiencing Video display problems, after installing Adobe Flash Player, then you may need to download and install the FREE Adobe Flash Player EXE Installer.

IMPORTANT: IF YOU ARE DISCONNECTED FOR SOME REASON DURING YOUR VIDEO CHAT SESSION, OR YOU DECIDE TO TERMINATE, THEN YOU MAY NEED TO REFRESH THE PAGE IN ORDER TO RESTART ANOTHER VIDEO CHAT SESSION.
